School Issue Form

Bay Park Elementary School

 

This form is an opportunity for any parent, community member or staff member to state in writing any concern or issue they may have in order to create an effective Bay Park learning community. It is also a way of improving our line of communication for all Bay Park community members. One belief we have when you address an issue is that you also come up with a possible solution. You are also invited to attend any School Site Council or Site Governance Team meetings which are posted on our school web site at www.sandi.net/baypark to voice your concern. Our School Governance Team agenda will have a section called “School  Issues” that will become part of all meetings. This form will be available in the office. Please turn them into the office when completed with attention to the principal.
