The board voted 3-2, with Zimmerman and de Beck voting no, for the disposition of the Copley Drive site. (E.5.b)

The board voted 3-2, with Zimmerman and de Beck voting no, for the amended recommendation to issue an RFP for Real Property belonging to the San Diego Unified School District and Notice Inviting proposals for educational purposes (Former Cleveland Elementary School Site). (E.5.d)

The board voted 5-0 for the sublease agreement between the San Diego Unified School District and the San Diego Family Housing, L.L.C. to develop, maintain, and operate a preschool or elementary school in the development commonly known as "Village at NTC." (E.5.e)

The board voted 3-2, with Zimmerman and de Beck voting no, to table the approval of the Amended Petition and Charter for the Memorial Academy Charter School. (E.9.e)

The board voted 4-1, with de Beck voting no, for the amendment to the Sections of Charter School Policy and Guidelines Pertaining to New Charter and Charter Renewal Evaluation. (E.9.f)
