  • E.10.b Adjust, effective January 1, 2003, the Office-Technical and Business Services Salary Schedule. Salary rates have been raised by 1%, effective January 1, 2003. This is the money previously allocated to the 401(a) Plan.
    E.10.c Adjust, effective January 1, 2003, the Operations-Support Services Salary Schedule. Salary rates have been raised by 1%, effective January 1, 2003. This is the money previously allocated to the 401(a) Plan.
    E.10.d Adjust, effective July 1, 2000, the School Police Services Salary Schedule. Salary rates have been adjusted for those job classes covered by the Memorandum of Understanding between the San Diego Unified School District and the School Police Services Bargaining Unit. Approval of the salary schedule will allow for rate adjustment for the remaining portion of the 2000/2001 Deficit Reduction Funds to be paid.
    E.10.e Adoption of the Memorandum of Understanding between the San Diego Unified School District and the Employees in Positions Designated Confidential by the Board of Education, for the period July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003, in accordance with Section 1029 of the Bylaws of the Board of Education.
    E.10.f Correction to term of the Amendment to the Agreement between the San Diego Unified School District and the California School Employees Association, Chapter 759, as the exclusive representative of the Paraeducators bargaining unit. Term for the amendment to the Collective Negotiations Contract is from April 28, 2001 through June 30, 2004, and in accordance with Section 3547.5 of the California Government Code and Section 1029 of the Bylaws of the Board of Education.
