The board voted 5-0 for the Adoption of the Memorandum of Understanding between California School Employees Association, Chapter #788, Office-Technical and Business Services bargaining unit and the District regarding changes to Health & Welfare Benefits program, in accordance with Section 3547.5 of the California Government Code and Section 1029 of the Bylaws of the Board of Education. The board voted 5-0 for the Adoption of the Memorandum of Understanding between California School Employees Association, Chapter #759, Paraeducators bargaining unit and the District regarding changes to Health & Welfare Benefits program, in accordance with Section 3547.5 of the California Government Code and Section 1029 of the Bylaws of the Board of Education. The board voted 5-0 for the Adoption of the Memorandum of Understanding between the School Police Officers Association and the District regarding changes to Health & Welfare Benefits program, in accordance with Section 3547.5 of the California Government Code and Section 1029 of the Bylaws of the Board of Education. (F.6)

The board voted 5-0 for the Adoption of the Memorandum of Understanding between California School Employees Association, Chapters Operations-Support Services #724, Office Technical Business Services #788 and Paraeducators #759, (collectively "CSEA") to bargain the impacts and effects of the six day work year reduction, in accordance with Section 3547.5 of the California Government Code and Section 1029 of the Bylaws of the Board of Education.
