Lamont Jackson - from Principal, Montgomery Middle School, to Principal, Challenger Middle School, Office of the Deputy Superintendent.

The board made the following appointment 4-1, with Acle voting no, and with effective date to be determined:

Donna Campbell - from Vice Principal, La Jolla High, to Principal, Scripps Ranch High, Office of the Deputy Superintendent.

The board made the following appointment 3-2, with Acle and Nakamura voting no, and with effective date to be determined:

Robert Morgenstein - From Vice Principal, Lindbergh/Schweitzer Elementary, to Principal, Bethune Elementary, Office of the Deputy Superintendent.

The board voted 5-0 for the Second Amendment to Agreement, effective February 2, 2004, through June 30, 2006 between the San Diego Unified School District and Leslie Fausset to serve as Interim Superintendent. The funds authorized to be expended under this contract will be maximum of $170,000 funded by Superintendent Office. (G.4)
