7.a.1  Adoption of a Memorandum of Understanding regarding the impact on central office employees of a 12-month modified Reduced Work Year (RWY) during the 2006-07 winter break between the San Diego Unified School District and the California School Employees Association, Chapter 724, as the exclusive representative of the Operations-Support Services bargaining unit, in accordance with Section 3547.5 of the California Government Code and Section 1031 of the Bylaws of the Board of Education.

Adoption of a Memorandum of Understanding regarding the impact on central office employees of a 12-month modified Reduced Work Year (RWY) during the 2006-07 winter break between the San Diego Unified School District and the California School Employees Association, Chapter 788, as the exclusive representative of the Office-Technical and Business Services bargaining unit, in accordance with Section 3547.5 of the California Government Code and Section 1031 of the Bylaws of the Board of Education.

Adoption of a Memorandum of Understanding between the San Diego Unified School District and the San Diego Education Association, as the exclusive representative of the Certificated bargaining unit regarding the teacher moves at John Muir School during June of 2005, in accordance with Section 3547.5 of the California Government Code and Section 1031 of the Bylaws of the Board of Education .
7.a.4  Adoption of a Contract Waiver Request by the San Diego Unified School District to Article 25 – Education Reform and Shared Decisionmaking, Section 25.5.2., requesting an extension to the deadline of February 1 for sites to complete the decisionmaking process for the elimination of existing bargaining unit positions, in accordance with Section 3547.5 of the California Government Code and Section 1031 of the Bylaws of the Board of Education.
7.a.5  Adoption of a Memorandum of Understanding between the San Diego Unified School District and the San Diego Education Association, as the exclusive representative of the Certificated bargaining unit regarding Lincoln High School being considered as a Section 12.1.11 – Academic Performance Index 1-3 School, in accordance with Section 3547.5 of the California Government Code and Section 1031 of the Bylaws of the Board of Education.
7.b.1  Approval of the High Priority Schools Grant Program (HPSGP) Implementation applications for 12 district schools. The selected schools are all Decile 1 or 2 schools that have not previously received funding from the Immediate Intervention/Underperforming Schools Program, the High Priority Schools Grant Program, or the Comprehensive School Reform Program

Educational Interventions to Promote Academic Success: Establishment of a Transitional 9th Grade Intervention Program.
