Report Description: The top portion of the report is a stacked bar graph showing the percentages of students by performance level for each test taken by the students in the selected section(s), as well as a table showing the number of students at each performance level for each test. The middle portion displays in table form strand summary data for each test taken, showing the test subject, strand name, number of questions for each strand, average number correct, average percent correct, and number of students taking each test. The bottom portion displays individual results for each student: student ID, name, current grade level, performance level on CST test, scale score, test subject, and for each strand the strand name, number of questions, number correct, and percent correct.
Possible Uses: This report is most useful for understanding past performance of a teacher's students early in the school year (current year schedule, last school year's test results) and reviewing last year's performance of the teacher's last year's students (last year schedule, last school year's test results).
Helpful Hints: At the bottom of the screen click Top, Page up, Page down or Bottom to navigate from page to page through the report. Note that if a classroom contains students taking more than one course number (e.g., 4042 and 4042L), you will only see those students taking the specific 5-character course selected.
