Data Refresh Rate: Data displayed in this report is updated whenever a student's schedule changes.
Report Description: The report displays for the selected student the schedule data for all selected terms for the last few years. For each class, the report displays the school year, term, class period, school name, building, classroom number, from date, to date, course number, course name, section number, and teacher name. Classes are grouped by year and term and sorted in order of descending school year, ascending term name, and ascending period.
Possible Uses: This report is useful for a relatively quick overview of a student's classrooms and teachers over time and for determining where a student is.
Helpful Hints: At the bottom of the screen click Top, Page up, Page down or Bottom to navigate from page to page through the report. Note that parts of a student's schedule may be in different places if the student has a combination of year-long, semester, and quarter courses.
