Training Strategy
Large
scale instructor led training was provided during the initial
rollout of Outlook Web Access (OWA) in November of 2004 to
address user changes from our previous (QuickMail) email system
to OWA. Please refer to the links page for OWA reference material.
There are very useful built-in Help menus in both Outlook Client and
Outlook Web Access that address the most common functions
of these email applications.
