680 - What outcome should I use when a student who is over 18 signs his/her own IEP? The options to choose from are “Parent Participated” or “Parent Did Not Participate.”

Students who are 18 or older and have conservatorships must have the conservators sign their IEPs.

Students who are 18 or older without conservatorships sign for themselves. In this instance, select the outcome "Parent Participated" if the student attended the meeting.
