In order to better process your student's enrollment, please bring the following items to your registration appointment:

1. Copy of transfer from last school or last report card.
2. Immunization record.
3. Most recent test scores.
4. Birth certificate, passport, or baptismal certificate.
5. Proof of residence.
6. Copy of GATE or Special Education certification (IEP).
