November 16 - 20 - Teacher Conferences - Minimum Days all Week
Parent conferences are this week and we have 12:30 dismissal all week. Please be on time and make sure you have scheduled a conference.

November 18 - Jog-a-thon
Our Jog-a-thon is this Wednesday, November 18th from 10:30-11:30. Hearst PTA is striving to beat our goal of eighteen thousand we raised last year. Please make sure children have on comfortable clothes and tennis shoes.

November 20 - Attendance Assemblies
Perfect and Outstanding attendance assemblies are Friday. If you think your child should be included and you did not receive a notice or a connected phone call last Sunday evening please contact the office immediately.

November 16 - ? - Toy Drive
For 30 years, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of San Diego has been providing a Holiday Party, a break from illness, for hundreds of families of children with blood cancers. It is a day to forget their troubles and reunite with the community of families like theirs.

Our student Council has organized along with the Doole family a box in the front office if you would like to donate a toy. We are asking for games and gift cards appropriate for kids ages 4 through 18.  We are especially in need of gifts for the teens and pre-teens and large raffle items such as bikes or wagons.

November 23 - 27 - Thanksgiving Break - School Closed all Week
