Marvin Jog-a-Thon
Wednesday, April 1st
First Session for Grades K-2:
Starts at 10:15am
Second Session for Grades 3-5: Starts at 11:15am
Proceeds will benefit Marvin
Students!
Goal is to raise money for special
Physical Education resources & activities!
100% of funds raised go directly to our school!
Entire school is participating!
Make sure to dress your child in comfy sneakers and light clothing
(preferably shorts and t-shirts) on the day of the Jog-a-thon.
. Grandparents, relatives and family friends are welcome to help too!
We need volunteers to help with the following duties:
" Marking Laps (10-11a
&/or 11-12:15p)
" Cool-down Crew (10-11a &/or 11-12:15p)
" Otter Pops (9:30a-12:30p)
" Water Station-Filling of Sports Bottles (8:30-11a)
" Set-up & Clean-up (8:30a-10a & 12-12:30p)
We also need donation of the following supplies:
" Cut oranges (in
gallon-sized plastic bags)
" Bottled water (1 or 5 gallon jugs)
" Ice (5-20 lb. bags)
" Coolers (for the day)
" Pop-up Shade Canopies (for the day)
This is truly an amazing event! You won't want to miss out! If you can lend
a hand or donate items,
please complete & turn in the purple Volunteer form found in the Jog-a-thon
packet by
