If you are interested in becoming a member of Muirlands Middle School Site Council, please provide a brief (1/2 page or less) outlining your background and experience that will enable you to serve as a parent/community representative to this group. Three parents will be elected to serve on SSC. This information will be included with the ballots that will be sent to every family on October 18, 2005.

Please return nomination forms to Francis Lopez in the main office no later than October 14, 2005. Late forms will not be accepted. This form may be found on Muirlands web site @ sandi.net/Muirlands. This form may also be returned via email to fvillasenor@sandi.net. After receipt via email we will return a confirmation.
