Character Counts
The school counselor, Nicki MacRostie, runs the schools character education program. It includes monthly character traits, assemblies to present each character trait, and awards for good character. Check out the counselors webpage for more information.
Recycle Program
The fourth and fifth grade students at Normal Heights are in charge of collecting recyclable paper products from each classroom. This promotes community involvement and teamwork. The students learn that taking care of our earth by creating less waste is important.
