Sharon Barker

Sharon Barker has made San Diego home since 1980. She has worked for SDUSD for over 20 years. Previously she worked at O’Farrell Community School, Benchley-Weinberger Elementary, and Roosevelt Middle School. Sharon provides support to schools in the southeast area of the district.

Sharon is a people person who enjoys helping others and sharing her knowledge. When not at work Sharon enjoys cycling throughout the county and beyond. She belongs to a cycling club that tours annually, riding through several states covering as much as 1,000 miles per trip. Recently she rode from Oregon to Montana, riding along the Lewis & Clark trail.
