Overview

Each year, nearly 200 business and community leaders participate in the Principal for a Day program, which is coordinated by the San Diego Unified School District. On a designated day every school year, this program places selected executives and leaders at district campuses where they spend part of the day learning about the complexities, challenges, and rewards that are all part of a principal’s normal workday.
