Overview
In November, San Diego voters approved Proposition S, a school bond measure that will provide $2.1 billion to improve and modernize San Diego Unified School District facilities during the next decade. As part of that proposition and as required by state law, the Board of Education is in the process of appointing an Independent Citizens’ Oversight Committee (ICOC) which will monitor how the district spends these tax dollars.
Location
Meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month at 4:00 p.m. at the Eugene Brucker Education Center auditorium, located at 4100 Normal Street, San Diego, California unless otherwise noted. Subcommittee meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of the month unless otherwise noted.
