 Culturally Responsive Teaching
Description

Target Audience:  Special Educators, Grades K-6

Participants will challenge their beliefs about culture, race and ethnicity and their place within the classroom.  There will be discussions around these issues and how classroom teachers can begin to become culturally responsive and uplift their teaching practices.  We will look at ways to make lessons relevant to the students as well as rigorous.
