 Building a Foundation for Person Centered Planning
Description

Target Audience: K-5  ILS/PACE teachers

 

 

This training will provide elementary teachers with strategies to begin building a foundation for person-centered planning for our students.

 

 

 

 

Outcomes:  Participants will become familiarized with self-determination and person-centered planning principles, learn to investigate student interests and incorporate choice making opportunities for students and learn to facilitate parent/caregiver participation for self-determination in younger students.

 

 

 

 

Dates:  February 5th; 6th or 7th

 

 

 

 

Location:  Teachers will attend trainings by cluster on their school’s

 

 

minimum days.
