 Developing Reading Skills for Emergent Readers K-5
Description

Target Audience:  K-5  ILS/PACE teachers

 

 

We will look at methods and strategies in teaching emergent reading skills to students in the moderate-severe program.

 

 

 

 

Outcomes:  Teachers will learn different strategies and methods for encouraging emerging and continuing reading skills to our students.  We will discuss phonics, phonemic awareness and sight word strategies and programs.
