Target Audience: Special Educators
This training will provide hands-on strategies to implement age-appropriate reading and writing instruction for students who require modified and functional curriculum.
Participants will learn how to select and modify appropriate text, teach new vocabulary, insure students produce meaningful written products, and integrate communication and comprehension skills across curricular areas and environments. Materials will be available for participants.
Workshops will be held at sites, dates will be determined by the site's calendar.
