Our web page is created as a service to the students and staff of Sunset View Elementary School and in support of the San Diego Unified School District. Our mission, first and foremost, is to serve the needs of the students of Sunset View and to provide educational resources for our staff and parents. Our web page is truly a learning portal which allows students to explore the world in a manner that supports our educational goals while at the same time energizing the spirit of inquiry. |

Our New School Web Page

We’re proud to announce the publication of our new Sunset View School website. We are one of only six schools chosen to pilot the District’s new school website system. As a pilot school, we anticipate that we’ll be able to help shape the design and function of our website to best suit the needs of our students and our community.
The website you see now is just a beginning and its appearance will change over the next month as we add design elements and new features. Needless to say, we are very excited by the potential of our new web page and we ask that you bear with us as we work with the district and School Wires (the design team) to implement a full-featured website that meets the needs of our diverse community. As always, your input is greatly appreciated!!!
