Funds Available for Classroom Projects through DonorsChoose.org
DonorsChoose.org is pleased to announce that a Double Your Impact offer funded by Qualcomm Incorporated was recently launched in San Diego County. While funding lasts, this means that donations will be matched dollar for dollar for all San Diego projects with a total cost of $1,000 or less. Or, to put it another way, projects are “on sale” for half-price. DonorsChoose.org is a simple way to provide students in need with resources that schools often lack. Teachers submit project proposals for materials or experiences their students need to learn. These ideas become classroom reality when concerned individuals choose projects to fund. Click here to view current San Diego County projects or visit www.donorschoose.org.
