Take a Ride on the Field Trip Bus

Effective July 1, Transportation will go “live” with the new web- based TripTracker field trip scheduling system. A part of the new VersaTrans scheduling system, TripTracker allows field trips to be booked, scheduled and invoiced on-line. All school sites have a designated field trip “Approver” (the principal or his/her designee) and most have designated a “Requester”. If your site has not yet designated a Requester, please go here.

Any trips already booked using the old system have already been converted so there is no need to resubmit. The TripTracker link is here. Additional training classes will be held on August 31 with more information to follow, but schools can also view two short training videos on the transportation website. For more information, contact Alexandra Robinson, director arobinson@sandi.net.
