Meal Application Distribution |
The 2009-2010 Free & Reduced-Price Meal Application packets were distributed to year-round and summer school sites in July; traditional sites will be delivered on August 25. This is a “Household” application and only ONE is needed per household, regardless of where the children attend school. Beginning this year, children attending a Child Development Center will also use the same household application. The only exceptions are Foster and Group Home children – they will still need individual meal applications. A Student Enrollment Report-Contact Sheet is included with the applications. Schools should complete and fax to Food Services immediately. This allows Food Services to set-up an email report so each school can see if an application has been submitted on a student, the eligibility and the Free & Reduced-Price percentages for the school. For more information or with questions, call Food Services at (858) 627-7328. |
