CAHSEE Udate

Dear Principals and CAHSEE Site Test Coordinators:

The late Pre-ID labels for the February 2009 administration of the CAHSEE will be available for pickup in Annex 10 beginning tomorrow, Friday, January 30th at 7:30 a.m. They will be available for pickup from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily.   
 
Please note that ONLY the following schools have late labels:

§       Home and Hospital
§       Hoover

If you don’t see your school’s name in the above list, please do not make an unnecessary trip to the Ed Center.

This is just a friendly reminder regarding your special orders for the March CAHSEE administration.  The deadline for all Braille, Large Print, and Audio CDs for the March CAHSEE is this Friday, January 30, 2009.  Please see the email below that was sent earlier this month.
 
You may either fax your order form to (619) 725-7070 or email it to azufelt@sandi.net.

CAHSEE Udate

Dear CAHSEE Site Test Coordinators:

You may pick up your CAHSEE materials for the February administration to Grade 12 (class of 2009) and Adult Education students in the Assessment Services Processing Center, ANNEX 10, beginning WEDNESDAY, January 28, 2009 between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. daily.  
 
Please note that the following schools do not have test-takers for the February administration:  ALBA, Mt. Everest, Preuss, and SD Early College.

CAHSEE Udate

Dear Principals and/or CAHSEE Site Test Coordinators:

If you have any eligible students that will need the Braille edition, Large Print edition, or an Audio CD for the March CAHSEE administrations, please complete the attached document.  Please check with your school nurse and/or your special education staff to assist you in determining counts of each.  Braille tests take up to eight weeks to deliver.  
 
We need your order by Wednesday, January 28, 2009.  You may either fax your order form to (619) 725-7070 or email it to azufelt@sandi.net.

The Student and Parent Reports for the November 2008 administration of the CAHSEE will be available for pickup in Annex 10, beginning TOMORROW, January 9, 2009.  They will be available in Annex 10 between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily.  Schools can only pickup the results for their school/students.
