Dear Principals and/or CAHSEE Site Test Coordinators:

If you have any eligible students that will need the Braille edition, Large Print edition, or an Audio CD for the May CAHSEE administration, please complete the attached document.  Please check with your school nurse and/or your special education staff to assist you in determining counts of each.  Braille tests take up to eight weeks to deliver.  
 
We need your order by Friday, April 3, 2009.  You may either fax your order form to (619) 725-7070 or email it to azufelt@sandi.net.

CAHSEE Udate

Dear Principals and CAHSEE Site Test Coordinators:

The Student and Parent Reports for the February 2009 administration of the CAHSEE will be available for pickup in Annex 10, beginning TODAY, March 27, 2009.  They will be available in Annex 10 between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily.  Schools can only pickup the results for their school/students.
 
The following schools DO NOT have results:  ALBA, Del Sol, iHIGH, Mt. Everest, Muir, Preuss, and SD Early College.  Please do not make the unnecessary trip to the Ed Center.

Dear Principals and CAHSEE Site Test Coordinators:

Educational Testing Services (ETS), the test publisher for CAHSEE, made a mistake on the late Pre-ID labels for the March 2009 administration. Instead of Pre-ID late labels, they have produced Pre-ID answer documents. The “late” Pre-ID answer documents will be available for pickup in Annex 10 beginning today, Monday, March 16, at 11:30 a.m.  Annex 10 will be open until 5:00 p.m. today. These “late” Pre-ID answer documents are for students who enrolled at your school between February 12 and March 3.
 
Please note that the following schools do NOT have “late” Pre-ID answer documents: Crawford MVAS, Kearny Sci Con Tech, Health Sci HS/Middle College, Preuss, ALBA, Muir, and SCPA.

If you see your school’s name in the above list, please do not make an unnecessary trip to the Ed Center. You may contact Agnes Zufelt at (619) 725-7061, azufelt@sandi.net or me if you have any questions.

We apologize for the inconvenience and late arrival of these documents.

The CAHSEE materials for the March administration are ready for you to pick up in the Assessment Services Processing Center, ANNEX 10, between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. daily.  Please inventory your materials as soon as possible to ensure that you have enough test booklets for testing.  If you have any questions regarding your materials please contact Agnes Zufelt at (619) 725-7061 or azufelt@sandi.net.

Dear Principals and/or CAHSEE Site Coordinators:
 
The CAHSEE “Nuts and Bolts” Training Session for Site Test Coordinators is scheduled for next Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. at the Ballard Parent Center.  The Ballard Parent Center is located at 2375 Congress Street, San Diego CA 92110.

This session is intended to provide training to CAHSEE Site Test Coordinators relative to processing of test materials and training of site staff in the administration and security issues of the assessment.
