STAR Update

Dear STAR Site Test Coordinators at YEAR-ROUND calendar schools:
 
Next week most of you will begin packing your STAR test materials and preparing them for return.  I’ve created a short 8-slide Powerpoint (see attached) that highlights key activities related to packing your materials.  The slides will show you exactly what to do and what to avoid.

STAR Update

Dear Principals and/or STAR Site Test Coordinators at YEAR-ROUND schools:

The Pre-ID late labels and demographic guides for schools on a YEAR-ROUND calendar are ready for pick-up in Annex 3, beginning TODAY, June 2, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. daily. The late labels are for those students who enrolled in your school between March 16, 2009 and May 15, 2009.  The demographic guides to be used to hand-grid the answer documents are for students enrolled between May 15, 2009 and May 28, 2009.  

The following school does not have late labels or demographic guides: Chavez Elementary.
