CAHSEE Update

Dear Principals and/or CAHSEE Site Test Coordinators:

The CAHSEE materials for the July administration are ready for you to pick up beginning TOMORROW, July 22, 2009 in the Assessment Services Processing Center, ANNEX 10, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. daily.  The following schools DO NOT have July test-takers:  ALBA, Del Sol, iHigh, Kearny- International Business, Mt. Everest, Muir, Preuss, and SD Early College.  Additionally, UCHS and SCPA are closed for summer school so their students will be taking the CAHSEE at other schools which have already been notified.
 
Please inventory your materials as soon as possible to ensure that you have enough test booklets for testing.  If you have any questions regarding your materials please contact Agnes Zufelt at (619) 725-7061 or azufelt@sandi.net.

CAHSEE Update

Dear Principals and/or CAHSEE Coordinators:
 
As you are aware, the July CAHSEE administration (July 28 and 29) is fast approaching and we would like to create a listserve of site test coordinators that is up-to-date to ensure that coordinators receive timely communications from this office.  Please take a few moments to designate a CAHSEE Site Test Coordinator for the July administration by completing the attached document.  We need your completed form sent to Donna Havelin at dhavelin@sandi.net or faxed to (619) 725-7070 as soon as possible.

CAHSEE Update

Dear Principals and CAHSEE Site Test Coordinators:

The Student and Parent Reports for the May 2009 administration of the CAHSEE will be available for pickup in Annex 10, beginning TOMORROW, July 2, 2009.  They will be available in Annex 10 between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily.  Schools can only pickup the results for their school/students.
 
The following schools DO NOT have results: ALBA, Preuss, and SD Early/Middle College.  Please do not make the unnecessary trip to the Ed Center.
