The students were able to ask many questions about becoming an author and the publishing process then were very excited to get his autograph!  Some students wrote the following comments: 

Basilio: "When I grow up I want to write about my own adventures like you."

Jenny: "I am really excited to read your book and hear more about the adventures you go on."

Ashley: "  This was so exciting for me because I never met an author before!"

Kristoffer: "You were funny and cool.  Thanks for making me interested in your book and writing."

Joseph: "Do you remember me?  I was the one who asked you to sign the dollar bill!"

Nicole: "I have always loved writing like you.  Except my hand always starts to hurt a lot."

Crystal:  " After you left, it was really funny because Mrs. Hinojosa told us that if we cleaned up really fast we could look at your website.  Everyone cleaned up really fast and practically ran over everyone just to see your website!"
