On Wednesday, March 20 and Thursday, March 21, the Junior Model United Nations Conference took place at the Joan Kroc Center for Peace and Justice on the University of San Diego campus in Linda Vista. Mrs. Vanderhurst and Mrs. Reilly, and 52 students representing Wangenheim attended the conference. This was the highlight of the year for the students, after spending months researching countries, their social and political issues, and preparing speeches.
