Principal's Update

Dear Wangenheim Families:

As the school year comes to a close, I would like to thank everyone for their support and hard work throughout the year. We have had another successful year at Wangenheim because we have great students, parents, families, teachers, and support staff. A big thank you also goes to our outstanding and hard-working PTSA.

This summer I am asking you to sit down with your children and discuss the importance of goal setting. Talk to them about what goals are and why we set them. Remember that goals give us a direction and a path to a destination. Here are some questions to help you to think about goal-setting with your children:

What is one goal that I have today? What is one goal that I have for the week? What is one long-range goal? What is my plan for accomplishing my goals?

I wish each and every one of you a safe and relaxing summer. I look forward to seeing many of you in September. Best of luck to our 8 th grade students, who will be attending high school next year.

Sincerely,

Mr. Robert Grano
