NOTE: This is a technical training session designed to assist learners with using Zangle to construct a secondary master schedule. We will cover the process of loading students and checking for accuracy. This is NOT a theory session. Length of the class is 3 hours. Intended Audience: Site Tech and Head Counselor/Administrator

Objectives: After completing this course, participants will be able to:

• Link sections using the Section Linking application
• Review loaders rules using the Loader Rules application, review the Loader checklist and run the Loader application. Review the master schedule using the Loader Analysis report
• Check class sizes using the Master Schedule Report w/Tallies
• Review student schedules using the Unscheduled Period and Unscheduled Course Requests reports
• Describe Master, Student and Mass Schedule Change Editors, and printing student schedules
