Length of Class: 3 hours


Intended Audience: Administrators, Counselors, Clerks, or others who are responsible for monitoring and entering behavior data into the student information system or recording notes about discussions with students.

Purpose: Provide instruction to staff members who monitor and enter student behavior data to use Zangle to improve their ability to track and monitor discipline issues occurring at school sites. Staff members will learn how to print behavior reports. This training session will also cover the important aspects of Communication Tracker. This enables the staff member to document meetings,  track submission of contracts and parent/student conferences

Objectives: After completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • Enter behavior data for individuals
  • Produce behavior history reports on specific students or groups
  • Assign behavior alerts to students when applicable
  • Record meetings and submissions of contracts in Communication Tracker
