Length of Class: 9 hours (Three 3-hour sessions)
Intended Audience: Staff members responsible for enrolling new students or entering/manipulating student demographic data in the student information system.
Purpose: Prepare staff members to enter and withdraw students, run enrollment reports, and make changes to demographic information on appropriate students.
Objectives: After completing this course, participants will be able to:
- Perform and maintain the various enrollment functions
- Perform withdrawls and no-show drops
- Assign students to special programs
- Enter immunizations for students
- Generate enrollment reports.
