Length of Class: One 3 hour session
Intended Audience: Registrars and Site Technicians.
Purpose: Provide SDUSD personnel with the ability to navigate and manage data within the Academic History application. This training will provide the fundamentals of how to acquire an editable list of a student's complete course history (Transcripts) detailing their entire enrollment in the San Diego Unified School District. You will also learn how to view the history of a student’s Credit, Class Rank, and GPA calculations for each GPA Type that has been defined and calculated.
Objectives: After completing this course, participants will be able to:
- Enter and edit final marks to be displayed on the students transcripts.
- Lean how to recalculate cumulative GPAs and class rank.
- Learn how to calculate Graduation Requirement Status for students.
- Learn how to run various reports including official transcripts.
