 Academic History for Counselors
Description

Length of Class: One 2 hour session

Intended Audience: Secondary Counselors

Purpose: Provide SDUSD personnel with the ability to navigate data within the Academic History application. This training will provide the  fundamentals of how to acquire a list of a student's complete course history (Transcripts) detailing their entire enrollment in the San Diego Unified School District. You will also learn how to view the history of a student’s Credit, Class Rank, and GPA calculations for each GPA Type that has been defined and calculated.

Objectives: After completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • View the information in the Academic History application.  
  • Learn how to calculate Graduation Requirement Status for students.
  • Learn how to run various reports, not including Transcripts.
