Description
 Length of Class: 3 hours

Intended Audience: Staff members who are responsible for setting up the
E-Track, typically Site Techs and Power Users.

Purpose: To have staff prepare the school’s E-Track (create Master Schedule and schedule students) before the start of Extended Day program.

Objectives:  After completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • Create faculty status records
  • Give all teachers Web permissions
  • Give office staff desktop permissions
  • Create a master schedule
  • Schedule students for classes
  • Print class rosters
  • Print student schedules
  • Create Job Shares.
