Version 3.4 includes new programs:
1. CD=Child Development Center
2. HS=Head Start (The two previous Head Start programs are now combined into one program)
3. PISC=Program Improvement School Choice
4. SARB=School Attendance Review Board
5. SPFL=State Preschool Family Literacy
6. SR=School Readiness
We have also tried to clarify the "Entry Method" for each program. |

Added a column to show what the symbols look like on a Macintosh using Safari. Removed the attendance category and added a column called Entry Method to designate if the user is required to enter it or if it is added automatically. |
