A reminder on page 50 added to make sure the Collection Status report cover page reads, No sections selected for report before faxing attendance report to Intersession Office on the first three days of Intersession.
On the bottom of page 60, after posting attendance via Rapid Entry, clerks are directed to Class Entry to manually indicate that attendance was taken for any teacher and period posted through Rapid Entry.
On page 64, specific directions are provided for clicking the Attendance Taken box for all sections and perids that had attendance posted via Rapid Entry.
On page 66, a reminder was added to run the Collection Status report again to make sure the cover page reads, No sections selected for report, before generating the attendance report described on page 66.
On the bottom of page 78, there was a slight but important change in procedure when dropping a No-Show. Clerks are now directed to use a specific Exit Date and Exit Code even though that record will be deleted. Updated screenshots continue through page 80.
