Zangle says student is enrolled but I can't find them
If you have a student who is active on mainframe and active on Zangle, but when you try and bring them up in the Student Editor it says they are not there, please contact the Help Desk. The Help Desk will create a ticket and forward it to the IT staff.

Closing a section in the master schedule
Question: When you delete a section from your MS you cannot delete it from Zangle if it has attendance tied to it. So it still shows up when you print the MS and adds to the confusion. Also, even with the max at 0, students get accidentally added to the non-existant sections. It ...(more)
