Why do my teachers see ghost students in their Gradebook?
QUESTION FROM A SCHOOL: "I dropped a student from our school but a teacher says this student still shows up in Gradebook. The teacher knows how to use the only show active students button so I know that’s not the problem. What happened?"

Can I see a historical record of student addresses after they have been changed?
Question: As I update the 'boundary exceptions' tabs, I want to know if a student's record of ADDRESS changes from year to year, (or as they occur), are stored ANYWHERE in Zangle. I.E., like class changes, are address changes stored in some kind of 'address history' database?
